Sarah Gross is a Westport, Connecticut powerhouse who emerged at the forefront of the organic food movement over thirty years ago. She founded Cabbages & Kings, a highly successful catering company, and has worked for high-profile clients including Martha Stewart, President Bill Clinton, and President Barack Obama. In 2015, she opened C&K Community Kitchen, a certified commercial incubator kitchen, which hosts local start-ups creating organic, non-GMO products. An advocate for locally sourced organic ingredients, she strongly supports Bionutrient, regenerative farming.

Her creativity extends beyond the kitchen, and she’s had paintings featured in galleries such as the Silvermine Arts and Kripalu Centers. In addition, she is a somatic-oriented trauma healer trained in pre- and peri-natal birth education, Somatic Experiencing® and various other modalities, working primarily with tuning forks as a form of energetic processing.
