Absolute Write Water Cooler - A discussion forum for writers about every aspect of the writing process, from literary agents to grammar to contract details.  Have a question about publishing?  Post it here, and you'll get an answer from another writer (or many writers) ASAP.
Creative Science Foundation
The Write Life - A website solely dedicated to all the aspects of writing.
Writer Unboxed - A community of writing advice started by the two aspiring novelists, Therese Walsh and Kathleen Bolton.  It’s now one of the top writing sites.

Writer's Digest - If you're looking for one stop shopping when it comes to writing advice, this would be the go-to website.  Lots of the advice is free, although some of it you have to pay for, such as writing conferences or to enter any of their writing contests.  Still, there's enough advice there to keep you busy for a long, long time.
